Swedish Massage 

One of the primary goals of Swedish Massage is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with a nice pressure in the direction of blood returning to the heart. I’m trained in a variety of techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally and physically, and leave you relaxed.
